How does my online credit work?

Once your return has been received and processed by our Returns Team, you'll receive an online credit linked to the email address used for your original order.

✨ Your online credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you're ready to shop again.

Please note:

  • Online credit can only be used on the Frankii website.
  • Online credit cannot be used towards shipping costs due to our system setup.

When will I receive my online credit?

We aim to process all returns on the same day they arrive at our HQ.

Please keep in mind:

  • If your return is first delivered to one of our stores, note the below;
  • They are then transferred to our HQ via private courier the following business day.
  • Once received at HQ, your return will be inspected and your online credit will be issued via email.

How do I check my online credit balance?

Simply log into your Frankii account using the same email address you used to place your order.

Your available online credit can be viewed anytime under your Account or Profile section.

How do I use my online credit?

Using your online credit is easy!

  1. Log into your Frankii account before checking out.
  2. Add your favourite pieces to your cart.
  3. At checkout, you'll see your available credit under the Store Credit section.
  4. Simply apply your credit to your order and complete your purchase.
