Summer is devastatingly coming to a halt, but Perth is still yet to crank out some of their annual must to activities. Here's your guide on the what's what on the Perth social scene at the moment, grab your friends and book in that over-due catch up with one of these super fun activities.

1. Get your #girlgang together and hit up a Fringe show

NORTHBRIDGE

FEB-MARCH

Fringe is back and with three weeks left until close, there’s plenty of time for you to round up your girlfriends and get to Northbridge stat. Our fav is La Soiree held at the famous Ice Cream Factory. Cruise in early and grab a rose or voddy and sip until sundown before heading in to the jaw-dropping show. You will not be disappointed and you’ll certainly be left feeling alive and somewhat shocked.

Tickets range from $30 to $95 and you can even grab a table on stage and let the bubbly flow via drink service the whole show, or get a whole row for your gang and sit together in general admission.

2. Ditch the booze and try a wellness party

BOORAGOON @FELDANDCO

8 MARCH

Another excuse to get your gals together or grab your bestie and head to something a little different. Why not spend a night learning health consciousness and meeting like-minded people in an eco-space?  Speakers will be covering all things from gut health plant-based eating, how to sculp out time for YOU and making time for things that light you up. We heard theres going to be kombucha, wellness speakers, Bec from Jungle Body for a lil boogie class and lots of raw treats. We know where we’ll be recovering after a long summer of festival antics.

Hosted by @alice_edwards and @bareandwilde

Tickets are $49 per person or $89 for you and your bestie.

3. Crank out your best picnic blanket, rustic basket and gourmet spread

KINGS PARK

ANYTIME

With the hot weather set to linger a while more, the cutest date night can be done with little effort. Our favourite picnic includes a a home-made spread with gluten-free thin wafer crackers, a wheel of triple cream brie (treat yo self) quince paste, jalapeno hommus, chorizo with lemon, a bunch of grapes and a bottle of rose. Pack it all into a cute little tote, grab a blanket and walk to the top lookout and enjoy a night watching Perth city fade into the night.

P.S Don’t forget wine glasses and a knife for the cheese or you’ll be drinking from the bottle and biting cheese from the block #classy.

4. Hit up Applecross’s newest watering hole

APPLECROSS

OPENING FEB

Can’t find a sitter but desperately need to get out of the house? This re-imagined neighbourhood pub is set to open this month and is serving up family friendly menus and an array of drinks for everyone. It’s been created by the guys behind Little Creatures, Henry Summer, La Cholita and Shadow Wine Bar, so they’ve already got our attention.

Think communal picnic tables, with a classic pub feel jazzed up with a summery garden touch. The all-day menu serves classic pub favourites with gourmet twists, so take the whole fam down and enjoy a few drinks on a hot weekend arvo.
